By using the services provided by Mridul and Rohan Solutions Pvt Ltd (“the Company”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

5. User Responsibilities

a. You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of the project or service.

b. You are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the project.

c. You agree to cooperate with the Company’s team to facilitate the service’s execution.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full and timely payment, the Company transfers ownership and grants a license for any intellectual property developed as part of the project, as defined in the service agreement or contract.

7. Confidentiality

The Company will treat all project-related information and data provided by you as confidential. We will not disclose or use this information for any purpose other than the project without your express consent.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement or contract. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Service Warranty

The Company warrants that services provided will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you believe our services do not meet this standard, please contact us, and we will work to rectify the issue.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or financial loss.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Rajasthan.
